1. Eligibility for Returns 

  • Returns must be initiated within 7days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in pristine condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • Any signs of wear, damage, or alterations will void the return eligibility.
  • Custom or engraved timepieces are non-refundable unless defective.

2. Return Process 

  1. Request a Return Authorization (RA):

  2. Securely Package the Item:
    Place the timepiece in its original box and include all accompanying materials.
  3. Ship via a Trackable Method:
    Send the package to our designated return address using an insured and trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  4. Inspection & Refund Processing:
    Upon receiving the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it. If approved, refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Refund & Exchange Policy 

  • Full Refund: Available for qualifying returns.
  • Store Credit: If preferred, we can issue a gift card of equivalent value for future purchases.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your timepiece for a different model, please indicate your preference when requesting a return.

4. Non-Returnable Items 

  • Personalized or engraved watches
  • Items marked as "Final Sale."
  • Watches that show signs of wear or tampering.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items 

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a complimentary return and replacement at no additional cost.
